walking from the main strip in Puerto Del Carmen and approximately 200 meters to the beach.
It takes only 25 minutes to get to Arecife airport by car.
They share huge communal
swimming pool heated during winter months (November-March). There is also a
separate children pool and pool bar serving drinks, snacks and ice-creams. The
complex is enclosed with totally private grounds and pretty terrace area having
plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The development offers 20 comfortable
apartments in total built over two floors.
The apartments are
all very ample both inside and out. There are twin and double bedrooms sharing
full bathroom having bath with shower, toilet, bidet and two wash-basins with
large mirror above them. The huge open-plan living area has sofa-bed, LCD TV and
contemporary dining table situated in the bay window with astonishing views.
The pretty kitchen is fully
fitted and equipped with contemporary fittings including washing machine, coffee
maker, toaster and microwave, etc.
The first floor
apartments have large terracotta patio with 2 sun-beds and high quality
mahogany patio furniture. There is also BBQ to try and have some local dishes. The
property comes with small rear patio with chairs to enjoy the sun.
The ground floor apartments
offer attractive private patios in front and rear with BBQ, sun-beds and lovely
patio furniture.
