The luxury 5-bedroom villa is located in a beautiful countryside inland from Cala D’Or. The property consits of gorgeous main house and two guest ones and has magnificent views to the hilltop convent of Consolacion and over the sea. Local shops and cafes are close by in the traditional village of Alqueria Blanca. The sea with its lovely beaches is a 15-minute drive away in Cala D'Or.
The main house is full of luxurious from shining stoned and mosaic-tiled bathrooms to the fabulous double-height lounge and the hall. The lounge is a charming space with comfortable furniture and views on fields and mature trees. The kitchen is well designed and fully equipped.
On the first floor the main house offers two bedrooms with access to the roof terrace to relax and enjoy the sun. The double room has Mallorcan bed and bathroom. The twin also has shower bathroom with double sinks.
One of the guest houses is fully wheelchair-accessible – wide doors, ramp into the house, twin bed with adapted shower-bathroom and private spacious terrace to admire stunning panoramic views. The house is connected to the main building and has its own entrance. The other guesthouse features large lounge with comfortable furniture, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace with plenty of space to relax.
In the garden there are two pools – one swimming pool and long splash pool, stone sun-terraces, lawns, gated driveway and covered terrace with complete outdoor kitchen having built-in barbecue, hob, fridge and sink.
