This outstanding 3-bedroom villa is located close to Cala D'Or and the besutiful marina. Casa Antonia has a perfect location! It is just a few minutes' walk from amazing beaches and the sea, and all the cafés, shops and restaurants of the town.
It's a traditional Iberian house with a modern touch - with white walls and shuttered windows. The villa has one level. All rooms are sunny and bright with white walls, tiled floors and pale wood furniture. The living and dining room have windows on two sides that make this area especially sunny. The living area looks out over the pool and garden. Here you can relax in a comfortable sofa and chairs; there is also a dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is neat and well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher and an oven and hob. There’s an entrance leads out from the kitchen to a shady covered terrace and with a stone barbecue.
The villa has three bedrooms, one double room and two twin rooms. The double has a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The twin rooms are sunny and bright with views out onto the pool and garden. They share the second bathroom with bath and shower. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and have been furnished with new wooden furniture and come with pale-colored linen.
The swimming pool area and amazing sun-terraces are surrounded by shady palm trees and carob tree in the well maintained garden.
There are seven pretty sandy beaches within a mile of the charming resort and the outstanding marina being one of the most fabulous place of Mallorca.
