This new semi-detached 3-bedroom villa is located next to the famous yacht club at Cala D'Or. Villa Baltasar is a beautiful house between the lovely marina and the beautiful sandy beach at Cala Egos. It takes just 10 minutes to get to the centre of Cala D'Or.
