A lovely house for a holiday by the beach in Cala D'Or. Villa Cala D'Or is ideal for a large group of friends or family with bedrooms on three levels, two pools and two balconies. It's just a few minutes from the beach, down a path at the side of the villa. Shops, cafés and restaurants are a couple of minutes' walk away.
The house is spacious and cool with air-conditioning, white walls and tiled floors. The living space is on the ground level with large lounge and dining area opening out onto the dining terrace with lots of space to have al-fresco dining, well-planned fully fitted kitchen and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sunny balcony.
On the upper floor there are two more twin rooms. One of them has its own comfortable lounge area, and both open out onto the balcony and have en-suite bathrooms. On the lower floor there are three sunny twin bedrooms, all en-suite and all opening out onto the sun-terrace and pool area shaded by tall trees.
An exterior staircase leads down to the pool area with a main pool and a separate children's pool. There is a gated short driveway.
