This lovely house overlooks the marina at Cala D'Or. Villa S'Escorpi has three floors and there are marvelous views of boats, trees and sky from every level. It's also very close to the small town of Cala D'Or itself, so beaches, cafés and shops are just a five-minute walk away.
The interior space has everything that's lovely about a seaside family home. It's full of natural light and sunshine with lots of cozy and relaxing spaces. The rooms have white walls, black marble floors and beamed ceilings - with traditional Mallorcan style and wooden furniture.
The main living space is on the first floor, so the lounge and dining room have fantastic views - you can see boats sailing past as you relax and eat. There's a great covered terrace, again looking out over the marina. It's the perfect space to have some lunch or just to relax in summer evenings.
On the lower level the accommodation offers two bright and incredible bedrooms sharing one family bathroom with bath and shower and offering views over the swimming pool (one of them comes with comfortable sofa-bed which is perfect single bed for a child). The top floor comprises outstanding double bedroom with pull-out bed, stunning views across the water and marble family bathroom with bath and shower. On the ground level near the pool there is pretty guest house coming with two charming twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom.
The outside area comprises crystal blue swimming pool with Roman steps, plenty of space to relax and sunbathe, beautiful stone sun-terrace to have al-fresco dining and poolside shower. The property is surrounded by luxuriant garden planted with palms, shrubs and tall conifer trees and having lots of space to relax in chill-out areas in hot and sunny days.
