Rustic Villa with private pool and sea views. The villa is located between Estepona and San Pedro about 2KM from the beach in the El Velerin area on the road towards Selwo. This villa would be suitable for large groups of friends looking for to visit the Costa del Sol on a budget.
The villa is divided into 5 separate comfortable apartments coming with double bedrooms and bathroom. Four of the five bedrooms have own cozy fully fitted and equipped kitchen and three of them also offer own lounge with soft furniture. Some of the apartments are provided with local TV and the largest apartment comes with selection of English channels.
All of the apartments share central courtyard with large swimming pool and sun loungers are provided. To the side of the pool there is your own Bodega with bar area and some seating to enjoy a glass of wine!
Bedroom Features: all the beds are doubles and sleeps up to ten people. Sixteen can be catered for using a selection of sofabeds and additional single beds.
Bathroom Features: Most bathrooms consist of a beth with shower. There is a seperate WC next to the swimming pool.
