Piso Mondgreu is one of six apartments in Casa Raviera, situated between Banyoles lake and the Rocacorba mountain, in the middle of oaks and olive trees and with a beautiful view over the "Pla del Estany", the region of Emporda and even the neighbour region Girones. In the distance, the view of the mediteranean Roses bay or Iles Medes is exceptional. The city centre of Banyoles is only 3 km. away. Formerly Casa Raviera was an oil mill which was restored. The house was one of the first constructions of this area when the Romans left Villauba at 1.5 km of the house and at some meters of the roman via. Today the first construction dates back to the XII century.
After having proceeded to a profound restoration, the main building, which dates back to the 16th century, is divided into six different apartments of a capacity of 2 to 5 persons.
Piso Mondgreu is a large apartment beautifully decorated and with rustic furniture. The 70m2 apartment has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, 1 double room and 1 three-bed room, TV, latex mattresses, and central heating. Moreover, the guests can also benefit from a common area situated at the entrance of the main building in which there is a rest room and a dining room that our guests will be able to use with previous booking.
Outside, at one side of the house you can enjoy the beautiful garden. Here is also a BBQ-area. On the other side you can use the big pool-area with sun beds and a big saltwater-swimming pool (14 x 6,5 metre). Also, there is a playground for the children.
