This charming 4-bedroom modern villa with sea views is located in the area Arenal d'en Castell. It is an elegant and large house with beautiful swimming pool, gated driveway and nice terrace with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the nearest restaurant, bar and supermarket and about 20 minutes to the nice beach.
On the upper floor there's a lounge-diner, a high-spec kitchen, a double bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom and a separate guest WC. There is a lot of airy living space with fantastic sea views.
