This fantastic 3-bedroom villa with beautiful views over Mahon harbour is located on a low hillside in a quiet villa area close to the beach and 10 minutes by car to Mahon with its perfect Georgian architecture, nice shops, delicious restaurants and bars.
Through the patio doors of the pool and the terrace there is a large kitchen, a dining and a laundry room, a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room, 2 twin bedrooms and a house shower-bathroom.
On the first floor there is a large living room with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player. From here there is another terrace with amazing views over the harbour. This lounge can be converted in to a 4th bedroom with an extra-bed to sleep the seventh guest at a supplement of £75 per week.
The lower terrace comes with pool with sun-loungers, dining table and barbecue area with plenty of space to relax and enjoy al-fresco dining.
