Trouble-shooting

Although we regularly inspect the properties, from time to time unforeseen problems may occure. Certain items such as cutlery, crockery, glassware, light bulbs, linen and towels, sun-beds and minor electrical appliances may have been broken or removed by previous guests without our knowledge.
That's why it is very important if you report about any missing or damaged inventory items to our resort office as soon as possible, which will enable us to do our utmost to replace or repair the item within a reasonable timescale.

Arrival

The normal Check in time is from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you arrive earlier than this time the property may be busy as it may be the only time that general maintenance, garden and pool work can be carried out. If necessary bags can be left at the property before it is ready for occupancy and why not try one of the many cafebars en-route and sample some of the local cuisine for lunch?
In the event of late arrival (after 10 p.m.), we reserve the right to charge a supplementary fee about 25 euros for staff’s overtime.

Departure

The departure time on the departure day is before 10 a.m. And if you have a late flight then bags can be left at the property for a while afterwards.

Water shortages and Pressure

In high season the water shortages and pressure reductions may occasionally occur and supplies may be cut off without notice. We cannot be held responsible if this is beyond our control. Our technician service always does everything in their power to fix out these problems.

Air-conditioning and Heating

Please use Air-conditioning and Heating sparingly. Do not use it if any windows or doors are open. It must also be switched off when you go out or the property is vacant. If it is used when windows or doors are being left open the owner reserves the right to withdraw this facility.

Television

All our properties have televisions with satellite features and moreover we provide a DVD player for a great vacation.

Rubbish

Unfortunately the rubbish is not collected from the properties. There are special bins provided usually at various points at the roadside.
All rubbish MUST be removed from the property and placed in these bins every day, preferably in the evenings. Because rubbish begins to smell very quickly and the smell takes a long time to go away, so it is not left out overnight and avoiding the heat the next day.
Moreover, ants and cats can get into it, making a terrible mess which will attract other animals For this reason and for the courtesy of the next guests please remove all rubbish on the last day when vacating the property. Please always remember that these properties are peoples’ home’s and you should treat them with the same respect that you treat your own home.

Smoking

We kindly ask you do not smoke inside the property and to be extremely careful with cigarette butts and charcoal for barbecue. As practically in Spain during the summer time it is not raining so there is a very high risk of fire from careless handling of fire.

Furniture

Please do not set away the furniture and other household items from the house into the street, because these items are only for indoor use.
